Native app drains battery of users

I've had quite a number of people report that when they use the native app (both Android and iOS) that it drains their battery very quickly. I'm not sure what in the app is causing this but thought you should be aware.

Also, users also complain that when they try and post an update the keyboard will disappear, sometimes freeze and the app will crash. Sometimes scrolling will just stop working and they have to force close the app. Again, just making you aware of these problems.
