Multiple popups on frontend "write post" instead of composer

Hi... There;s a weird issue with pop-ups.... Pls take a look on film attached.
Second issue:

Under composer (back end) try to add Vimeo block... somehow they disappear once clicked.
I mean, I can add a vimeo block... and sometimes it works... till the moment I want to click it in composer and let's say, move it to other location on page. This happens when you have no link to vimeo film added (must be empty) and composer didn't load preview of movie.
It's quite strange...
