multiple language support

Hello there, I have purchased easyblog component. I have installed it successfully. I want to use easyblog for multiple languages. So I have installed language pack available under easyblog languages. I successfully installed the language pack but when I checked the frontend there are some words which are still in english like "hits" "comments" "continue reading" "submit your comment" etc. I tried to find the language file under language folder of joomla directory as well as in component's language directory. But I dont find any language file for arabic. Actually I want my site in arabic as well. So I installed arabic pack for whole site. I understand that I have to add the content of posts and categories in arabic for easyblog but the components default words (I mentioned earlier) are in english. Please assist me how can I translate all the english words in arabic.
