Moved site from sub-directory to root. Media Manger shows no photos in the frontend/can't upload

I recently moved my site to the root directory. When I try to view or add media via the front end manager, I see none of my images from the previous sub-directory install. I can see the images in the backend though. Also, clicking on Upload Media from the media manager, it doesn't do anything now. I click and nothing happens?
