Module position to the left in the ES Component?

Hello Support

2 questions. How do I change the width of the module position to the left in the ES Component?

I seem to have some kind of double load going on here and here

I think I had this issue before. There is something that I am supposed to switch off?!?!

Is there a way to adjust the width of the modules in the positions to the left in the ES Component?
