Module Blog Categories Created Fatal Error and Broke Site

I added module Blog categories to the home page. When I opened my site back up I had red error message on the fronted that said it could load the module.When I researched it it said to reinstall the most current version of the module. I came to this site and downloaded the zip file with all the modules, extracted it and uploaded the module it broke the site. I uninstalled the model in the Joomla manager and the site restored. I download a current compnent of EasyBlog and installed it. Then tried to reinstall the module form the zip fold of all the modules and it broke my site again. I left it broke so you can see what is going on.

fortunately I can still access the backend.
