Hello.
1) user1 posted comment1 to video
2) user2 reacted to the comment
3) admin banned user2
4) navigate to video page with mobile (I used Safari) and check comment1
Result: comment display "0 reactions". If click on it we can see banned user2.
Expected result: Display "1 reaction" (seems on desktop working fine) or hide banned user.
