Missing labels in backend

Fresh install of EB on a clean install of latest Joomla and I get some labels missing in the backend admin area of EasyBlog. Deleted database and server files and did a second install and same error.

I'm sure I've had this issue with other components in the past but can't remember. Image attached.

Any thoughts?
