Missing buttons in Edit Profile/Notifications

Hi,

I am just checking through the edit profile sections and under Notifications for Audios the buttons are missing. See image.

Also missing in Events (at bottom for:

Event Reminder
Tagged In Event Post
Review submmited on your event and pending moderation

And groups:

New File Uploaded - -
Tagged In Group Post - -
Review submmited on your group and pending moderation
