Migrating big data JomSocial site to EasySocial by support

Hello. I'm interesling of migrating JomSocial site to EasySocial.

You may also opt for our free installation & migration services if you want.

But what if databese is big and migrating can take lots of hours (perhaps more than one work day)?
For example, my site has:
20806 users
31876 photos
21768 videos (only linked videos, no uploads)
29 groups with 200 discussion
83473 text post (or activitiys in stream / not sure about it)

So is it possible make by support team?

P.S: What will be if I start few migrating process in one time? Can I start migrate users in one browser tab and start migrate videos in another tab?
