Messed up layout on some Groups in v1.2.8

I just upgraded to v1.2.8 and noticing that some Groups regardless of Privacy setting has a messed up layout, it looks like this:

Same issue regardless of what Template I set as Default. Also, there is a new feature I think... since I have not seen this before v1.2.8, on Groups List, I am seeing a "Respond to Invitation" button which is awesome but I think I was not invited since I created the Group but I manually change the Group Owner and removed myself from it.
