Message for new users

Is there a way to autosend or even display a message to new users that will show info regarding community/posting rules, etc? I was messing with the Broadcast feature which seemed like it would do the trick except it appears to only send out to current users--meaning if I posted a broadcast and then someone registered after that, they would not see that message. Is there an existing solution for this that I am not seeing? Or maybe a way to just show a custom message of some sort on the front page of Easy Social upon login? Thanks in advance.
