We have two accounts: gordonfru (with ES and ED subscriptions) and cmfionline (with EB subscription). I requested that the two be merge into one account: gordonfru --> cmfionline, so as to have all the extentions under one account for easy management. the ES and ED subscriptions were made together.
I think there should be an mixed up somewhere during the merging.
Please kindly rectify this ASAP. I need to update my ED.
