Memebers in Group Big

Hello,

We have a bug where users join a group via invite (or request), and once accepted or approved, they somewhat appear as if they are in the group via the members list but the group admin loads a broken drop down for that player's name. Sometimes the members just appear in the pending list but the drop down still doesn't work to approve them.


Here is the bug logged by my community member. In this instance, he is unable to approve the member. I had an occurrence yesterday where a manager was able to approve but then couldn't promote. The player couldn't enter the group either despite being approved.

Issue: Player can not accept invite to the group. When player applies to join the closed group, the group owner can not accept or decline his application. The options to accept or decline to not even appear.
