Member list page enhancement request

Hello,

i would suggest some enhancement for the members list page :

- one more left menu : "Recently active"
- one more left menu : "Popular" (that could be the leaderboard ?)
- using "last members" instead of "all members" in the left menu

- smaller block per user including short infos (selectable in back end) :
icon for male/female ; Age ; type of profil ; custom field
with others infos when mouse over (selectable in back end)
