Media/Image compression/optimization - EasySocial

There is a lot of images uploaded at this site. Which takes a lot of spaces. We just want to Media/Image compression/optimization at the site.
Can you help on this?

• Is there any other extra add-on/plugin for compression/optimization. Which we need to install at the site?
  
• Is/Are there already media compression/optimization handling of frontend/backend user uploading into this EasySocial component?
  
• If already handling please can you provide the documentation of this functionality?
  
• What I can do for media compression at Joomla end?
