Major issue when trying to make a blog post

When i try to make a blog post, the attached image shows when i try to access this link to create a new post and i now cannot make any new blog posts -

the same happens when i try to edit a blog pending approval. I also get these two error messages - any help much appreciated - there were some updates made recently which i was told to install via email, so perhaps this led to it?
