Mailchimp subject field, Header in Content

Hi,

Where do I edit the Subject Field for Mail Chimp integration?

Is it possible to include a header image above the post content? To be clear I don't want to put the header in the post. I just want it to appear at the top of the email that Mail Chimp sends out.
