Looking For Plain EasySocial Demo

Is there a demo that is just a plain vanilla install of easysocial without paid addons so I know what is included?

For the backend, there are three pages of applications listed and on the frontend, the member can only enable four. Please explain how that works.

I don't want to set my expectations high and then after purchasing find out I need to pay for additional features just to run the network.

I also would like to know what the default layout/template/theme it comes with.

If I decide to purchase, is the download available immediately after payment or do I have to wait until your office hours for the files to be sent?
