Login screen using constant name and not value

The login screen is correct for the community page but not on the forum page. The constant name is not translating. I was about to announce the new community feature so this is setting me back. See http://lakeashtonliving.com/forum and http://lakeashtonliving.com/community/login.

I believe this was working correctly until I just upgraded to 2.0.21.
