Logbox order

is it possible to change the order of logbox?
I mean that login is left and registerform right. And in mobileview is login form first and register form downbelow?

Because if i klick on a link from notification mail, and i am not logged in, then comes the logbox. Thats well,
But i must scroll down to can login.

And it is logical that the exist user get a way first.
