Links broken in dashboard

We were trying to update the avatar of the authors and when you go into the dashboard on the backend and into an author you cannot click on blog settings or integrations. Neither works and there seems to be no other place to update the avatar. Also when in the author window, several links are inactive on the left menu. Some work some dont its random it seems. Can this be fixed? we have tried it on MAC (safari, chrome, and firefox), and PC (chrome, firefox, and Edge). None of them work. Its a fresh install as well with the latest version.
