Right now when ES cannot upgrade for whatever reason, there is no link back the Joomla admin panel. You can see this in the following screen shot:
I knew perfectly well how to solve the issue in that screen shot as well as how to get back to the Joomla admin panel via url manipulation. But some people might not be as well versed with this. So what I'm proposing is a link or button that brings the user back the the Joomla admin panel upon unsuccessful install so that they can re-install ES or carry on with other admin related things. This little addition is mostly for other people who are less skilled with Joomla and urls.
