url in link-comment (date) wrong

If you comment on a link (web address) and have created the page on localhost. And if you then drag this page to the server, it will result in a wrong link of the comment when you click on the date.

1. create link on localhost
2. comment link
3. move the page to the server
4. click date

Link on localhost:

localhost/xxx/en/stream/item/10#commentid=40

On server now you would have to be redirected to the comment:

https://www.stackideas.com/stream/item/10#commentid=40

But the redirection is:

https://www.stackideas.com/en/xxx/en/stream/item/10#commentid=40

Please check the database. Wrong url in:

xxxxx_social_comments
