limit members actions for free profile

hello for my pay site i want a free subscription but it is very important that the free subscription/members, have many limits...what kind of limits can i make ES have. I want them to not be able to talk to each other, message each other, upload pics, or anything all i want them to be able to do is communicate with me, the admin. is this possible. or if not...i dont want them to be able to see events that are coming up, or not allowed to talk to certain people.
