Limit Application access to certain profile user and komento Apps issue

Hi,

Is there anyway to limit the access of certain app to only certain type of profile user? Not app for everyone.

Besides, for komento Comment App, http://stackideas.com/apps/item/9-comments, I installed it ,enabled and commented on the komento, however the comments added to the komento is not showing on my easysocial stream as what this app shown in screenshot. It only list the comment added when click the app icon. I want the comment added to the komento shown on my easysocial stream so that everyone can see the comment. How to do this?
