I noticed that with an album (or at least photos posted on the story box) like this one:
mysite.com / stream/item/40398
If you 'Like' it, the system doesn't seem to remember you've done it... if you go into the detail of the link you can see it ok, but next time you are browsing the stream you get the option to 'Like' again... (this is different to say an individual photo I think when it would say 'You Like this')
So as a user I thought it hadn't worked and kept clicking like all the time.. that sent multiple mails to the album owner.
Also I think it should bump up to the top of the stream in the same way I think it does if you like an individual photo?
