Let your members join groups, events and pages when registration with this ES custom field

Hello, i am (re)sharing this very simple custom field which let you show all your groups/events/pages in registration,
we can imagine a scenario : in the 3rd step after filling up account and profile users can join them based on their interests :



There is one problem, pages, events and groups are show all together and thats not usefull when you have lot of them.

Maybe someone can help to duplicate this custom field (ES app) and make 3 differents one for pages, events (upcoming) and groups.
