Language missing line :-)

Hi ALEX

Found a missing line in es german language file. In Backend i have found in es -- users in a profile of a member at the short stream (in backend) at the right that the context title of "followers" isnt translated :-)

COM_EASYSOCIAL_STREAM_CONTEXT_TITLE_FOLLOWERS

I have updated my lang file.


and Alex I think the "sidebar umschalten" is a little bit strange phrasing..

Please change to "sidebar einblenden" "sidebar anzeigen"
