Komento v3.0.6 didn´t honor disabled module

We just updated from Komento Professional v3.0.5 to Komento Professional v3.0.6 and found out that some modules where re-enabled during the update process. Before we updated Komento we disable the plugins "Button - Komento Lock" and "Button - Komento Disable" but after the update they where re-enabled.

Can you please ensure that the installer honor if a module is disabled or not? It is confusing the users if new modules pop up which where never be enabled in the past.
