Komento Submit Button Not Functioning

I have installed Komento, but am having some problems with getting it to work properly. I am integrating it into K2 items and the comment box,etc. displays correctly on the webpage (for example... http://charlesrivercrossfit.com/v2/wod-main/item/1249-monday-3413) but I can't actually submit a comment. The submit button remains greyed out even after all the fields are filled in. I have a feeling it might be a javascript issue but I don't really know enough to be able to trace it down and fix it. Can you provide me with any ideas to at least get me going in the right direction?
