Komento ES Notification

Hi guys,
Just a quick question ...

Komento notifications pushed to EasySocial notification system shows a right image next to the notification.

I assume this image should be the article image (i use Komento for joomla articles) is this right ? Currently Komento notification shows the user avatar duplicated, is this a bug or i must perform some settings in order to make it display the article image ? (see screenshot)
