Komento Comments module does not seem to be truncating as per module settings

If you see the module named "Comments" on the blog pages at http://drc.cloudaccess.host/blog in the sidebar2 position you will notice that the comments are very long even though in the settings I have set it to follow your default suggestion of 100 characters.
