Javascript error in mediamanager and upload images

Hi

I have a problem with media manager and upload images

In a new post i can upload images but not view in the post detail, the image url is wrong

I try to edit the post and no charge correctly both modal screen, media manager and upload image, I have havascript error

I disable all componentes, plugins and the error perisist
