Items "A" for manager "A" and items "B" for manager "B"

I write to ask for information on the blog.
I am working in a company and create a tutorial, this tutorial is written by several people and each item corresponds to a manager. I would like that when an outside person to comment on this article réponse the person of that article being noted. to each item, however, is a different charge. I'll explain with an example.
article "A" as réponse "A" and the article "B" has to be responsible "B". if I comment the article "A" must errivare an email to the person responsible "A", if I comment the article "B" should get an e-mail to the manager "B". you can do this? how? thanks
