Issues with ES 1.2

I found a handful of issues with ES 1.2.

1. When uploading a cover you can see a error message for less than a second:

http://stackideas.com/forums?controller=attachment&task=displayFile&tmpl=component&id=8834

It still allows you to upload the image and many wouldn't notice it. But it doesn't escape my eyes. ;) The same message appears when attempting to upload a profile photo.

2. Cannot upload avatar via the edit avatar link. As seen in this screen shot the upload button does not allow me to proceed:

3. When attempting to upload an avatar from the edit profile mode it does not allow me to save after cropping the avatar. I know in ES 1.1 you have to go down and hit save, but in ES 1.2 right now it says "There are some fields that you cannot leave them blank. Please fill up the highlighted fields before you proceed." when attempting to upload through the appearance part of the profile.

4. Even when disabling the custom field requirement of needing to type the password before changing it, it still forces me to know the password before it changes. Even if the "force user to type password before changing" was enabled, I would think an admin would not have to be forced to know that users password. Here's a screen shot showing this:

Also notice the broken string in the lower right corner? I was able to get two issues in that screen shot. ;)

We really appreciate the work of ES 1.2! :D I'm very grateful for it's release. Just trying to make sure it has a good start. :) And of course a bigger version of the images can see seen in the attachments to this post.
