Issue with image/video insert fonction

Hi,

I just found some bug while posting on my forum.

1. If i write a text and decide later to insert an image at the top, once i insert the image the text disapear.
2. The same thing happen with inserting videos
3. Inserting an image in the middle of the texte doesn't make it disapear but once posted, the text is deleted.
