Issue with email going out without a unsubscribe link

Hello Stack Ideas,

I have read some other form post about emails going out stating a new blog has been published, where there is no unsubscribe link. This seems to be due to the option in backend being selected to mail all users.

I have turned this off and it appears now that the emails still don't have an unsubscribe button.
