Issue with adding or editing posts

Hi there

I've got problems with adding new post after update do 5.0.30

At now when I try to add new post:

- it not behave like it should: it shows me green belt on top of window with no information (blank)

- I can't correct change primary category of my post ) it still adds posts to first main category

- it has bugs in backend: when I try to delete post to trash, unclick "Frontpage" and many other options
