Issue on user profile access and menu in toolbar

Hi,

I have few issue here which i tried to fix but could not be done from my end. my website just migrated from Jomsocial to easy social.. all migration work well. But there are some issue that I found it is not running well.

Please see below issue:

1. Friends Profile cannot access - I wanted to make the profile can be view by the friends of friends but not the person who is not friends with the user. unfortunately when I set this in the profile, even user had friends connection can't view thier friends profile. it goes to Error 404 page.

2. Adding new menu - How can I add new menu in the easy Social toolbar and some menu in the Profile menu (in the Gear Icon link - Top Right/Dropdown which has user profile icon).

3. Showing user Avatar like Facebook - can I show the user Avatar instead the Gear Icon on the top right toolbar

4. Limit to show Suggestion Friends - as I can see I user has more network, the suggestion list become very long, can I reduce the "Suggestion" to be only show max 3 user and the rest will be show when user click "View All"
