Issue on placing toolbar mod without the regular one

Hi Guys,

Please look screen. I want to get rid of the bottom (regular) toolbar to shift it in menu.
I tried multiple options with hidding the one in components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/toolbar/default.php

It works fine but it also removes the top one as I suspect the mod loads the regular one REALLY need a suggestion on how to have the same thing there without the regular one.
