Is there any way to use a referrer approval in easysocial?

Hi

We want to get a referrer email from user during registration in our invite-only website and want referrer approve this membership via e-mail confirmation.

These are the requirements to register:

- Applicant fills the form and also gives a referrer email.
- Referrer gets a confirmation email (just like normal email activation)
- User also confirms his own account via his own email (normal email activation)
- After user email activation and referrer confirmation are done, Admin approves the new registration manually. (Normal admin approval)
- After admin approval, user makes payment where it's membership type is already selected
(We use Payplans and we alrady did it. Rİght now, after admin approval, user can login and he directly goes the related payplans plan payment page. )

Now, what we need is, referrer confirmation.
We can make necessary custom codings. But is there any way to do it easily?
Can you give a recommendation to manage this? Is there any easysocial app to manage this?
Can we do it by hacking registration files? All we want is to send an email to referrer to activate account?

I hope you can advise us a practical way to do this.
