Is there any way to keep ES from posting to the group's stream the Q&A everytime someone answers a question?

Hi Everyone, Is there any way I can set up ES groups to keep the system from posting to the group's stream the question and answer every time someone replies to it?
The thing is that the group's wall is going to get very cluttered with all this "updates". New questions and posts will get buried very quickly. I'd love if it worked like facebook groups in which the system just puts the latest replied post on top, but doesn't publish it again and again.

I hope I made myself clear, if not, I'll come back with some screenshots.
