Is there a way to get file uploads to be searchable?`

Hey Hey, how are you?

So i've just added a new Field to the registaration for easySocial (custom fields for profile type indervidual) called CV, its basically just a File upload field, but i've just noticed that the field for uploading a file isn't searchable is that normal?

I want to be able search for peolpe that have uploaded a CV and when i export the users it also doesn't show. Any ideas?
