I don't remember seeing a config option for this but I thought I'd rather ask
I was just researching on Photography community and I have not seen any nice looking community website and thought of EasySocial + EasyBlog + EasyDiscuss will make a cool Photography Community site. But I'm concern about Photo download ACL.
