Is there a way to add Caption and Image Credits to the main Blog Image?

We think that we would like to do something with our blog image that is built into K2 which is that they provide a field for Image Caption and a field for Item Image Credits. in the attachment I sent from the backend you can see how we add it. It then displays on the Item page that displays the image. In this case the image is showing at: http://www.drcarney.com/topics/item/254-is-olive-oil-really-heart-healthy

Is this something that can be done already or is maybe being considered for the future? We purchase these images but sill should give some credit!
