Is the pined item in the stream working correctly?

Hi SI team

As the owner of an Event I pinned it here in the stream:

Item that I pinned = “Berlin FCPX & Co Meet March 2019”

And then added another item after it…

Another item = “How to Export from Final Cut Pro X with Burnt-in Captions FCPX”

This last “other item” that I added is now at the top of the stream.

And my pinned item has moved down!

Is this normal?
