Is possible to has number of total shares of an article

Hello guys.

Is there a way to show the number of total social shares as i suggest in the image attached?

This could be actually really good for stimulating the social shares. Im using the simple buttons (without counters) because has a modern look actually, but could be great if this type of buttons has the total shares visible.
