Is it possible to only view photo's on a post, not entire album on stream?

Once a user has several posts on their stream, all the photo's go into the same albulm (makes sense). I'm wondering however if it's possible (a setting somewhere) to have it that when you click on a photo in a post (where there are 2 or more photos) only the photo(s) from that post are displayed in the pop up photo browser, rather than the entire albulm?

I always click on the first photo, and then end up going the wrong way so get to a photo that was never in the post
