Guys
Sorry for having to log this again but i really don't want you guys to miss this as I have done everything possible including:
1. Download, installed and enabled the REST API
2. Downloaded and installed the Push notifications application; and
3. Set up a cron job
BUT the push notifications is still not working.
I got these emails from apple which I have also attached again. sorry but this is now a bit critical our end
